Step 1: Please send us your artwork via email or CD / DVD so that we may prepare a proof prior to production. If possible, we would prefer the artwork in .ai / .eps or .pdf format, although we are aware that not everyone is familiar with file types and are always available to give assistance.

Please note that we always supply proofs and will never proceed with production until a proof has been signed off by yourself.
